Council Member Linda Lee chaired a brief meeting of the Committee on Finance to vote on two preconsidered resolutions approving real property tax exemptions under Article XI of the Private Housing Finance Law. One project named was the Fordham Bedford Cluster Phase One; the other was described as being in Council Member Hanif's district. No member offered statements or comments when the chair asked. The clerk called the roll on both items, members voted in the affirmative on both, and the vote was closed.
